Frequently asked questions

How can I access my Lifetime Premium account?
Lifetime Premium is no longer available, so if you have it, you’re one of our founding members—and we’re truly grateful for your support! You can still access Lifetime Premium through your old account. Simply sign in with that account and you should see that your Lifetime status is active. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the Forgot password button. If you run into any problems, please open a support ticket and we’ll look into it straight away!
How do I import a book?
In the Library, tap the + button and choose Files, a configured cloud provider, or local Wi-Fi transfer. You can read imported books normally without an account.
How do I sign in to my old ReadMe! account?
In the app, sign in from Settings with Apple, Facebook or email. If an older email account has not set a v2 password, use Forgot password once and follow the instructions in the recovery message.
Why has my synced library not appeared yet?
Keep ReadMe! open while a large first download or on-device migration finishes, then use Sync Now in Settings. Page turns do not upload one change at a time; local reading continues to work while sync is unavailable.
How do I delete a book or my cloud account?
Delete a book with the Library burn control. To delete an account, open Settings, Account and purchases, then Delete Account and Cloud Data. Account deletion uses a delayed, bounded deletion process and does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Is there an Android version?
Android support was discontinued many years ago as most users were on iOS. We're planning to put up a poll later on, to see how many users would like to see a new Android version though. If we do create a new Android version, your account would work on both platforms so you'd only have to subscribe on either one.
